RETURN POLICY

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Time Frame: You may return items within 30 days from the date of receipt.
  • Condition: Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and with all tags and accessories included. For watches, the warranty card and user manual must also be returned.
  • Exclusions: Custom or personalized items, and items purchased with promotional discounts, are not eligible for returns.

2. Return Process

  • Initiate a Return: To start a return, contact us at [email protected] with your order number and the reason for the return.
  • Return Authorization: We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on how to return the item.
  • Shipping Costs: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product.

3. Inspection and Processing

  • Inspection: Once we receive your returned item, it will be inspected to ensure it meets our return criteria.
  • Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after the returned item is inspected and approved.

REFUND POLICY

1. Refunds for Returns

  • Method of Refund: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
  • Partial Refunds: If an item is returned in a condition that is not as described, a partial refund may be issued, or a restocking fee may apply.

2. Refunds for Defective or Incorrect Items

  • Defective Items: If you receive a defective item, please contact us immediately at [email protected] . We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.
  • Incorrect Items: If you receive an incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of receipt. We will provide instructions for returning the incorrect item and will send you the correct item or issue a full refund.

EXCHANGES

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item and place a new order for the desired item.
